This statement discloses the privacy practices for New Hampshire Public Radio. Your personal privacy is important -- very important. Personal Information
Our abhorrence for spam is difficult to articulate. We promise unreservedly never to share your email address with anyone without your explicit permission. 

Record Removal
If you want to have all information related to you removed from our system, simply email us and let us know.  We'll be sad to see you leave, but of course, will respect your wish.

IP Addresses
The NHPR web site also logs IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for system administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not use IP address logs to track your session or your behavior on our site.

Compliance with Legal Process
We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the NHPR web site; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public. Any such changes will be posted on this page. If the changes represent a material departure from our current practices with respect to the use of personal information, the changes will be posted on this page thirty days prior to taking effect and registered users will be notified via email.
